McKercher Named in Two 2026 Smart Energy Award Categories

An April 2026 company notice reported finalist positions for McKercher Corporation and Nicole Bilman in two Smart Energy Council award categories.

McKercher Corporation's historical announcement of two reported finalist positions in the 2026 Smart Energy Awards.

An April 2026 McKercher Corporation notice reported two finalist positions in the Smart Energy Council's 2026 awards. It named McKercher Corporation in the Smart Employer category and Nicole Bilman, then identified as Chief Executive Officer of PSW Energy and Perth Solar Warehouse, in the Emerging Leader category.

This page preserves the pre-event notice as a historical company record. It does not establish current employment, workplace performance or continuing award status.

The pre-event reporting tied each nomination to a record

The surviving article associated the Smart Employer nomination with workforce training, retention, career development and safety. It associated Nicole Bilman's nomination with her progression through the organisation, management responsibilities and appointment as Chief Executive Officer from 2 February 2026.

The article also included headcount, workforce-composition and internal career-progression claims. No nomination submission, judging record or supporting workforce dataset was retained with the article, so those details are not presented here as independently established award findings.

Subsequent result

The Smart Energy Council's published results record Springers Solar as the Smart Employer winner and Tindo Solar as runner-up. They record Harry Chami of Solar Juice as the Emerging Leader winner and Nicole Bilman of PSW Energy and Perth Solar Warehouse as runner-up.

The Council results page confirms Nicole Bilman's runner-up result. It does not provide the complete finalist list needed to independently confirm both shortlist positions stated in the earlier company notice.

Organisational context

Evidence boundary

The pre-event finalist statements originate from McKercher Corporation's surviving article. No retained primary finalist announcement or judging record independently confirms both shortlists. The later Council results support the event outcome and Nicole Bilman's runner-up result only.

Award recognition is historical context. It does not replace current organisational records, employment information or evidence relevant to a customer or employment decision.
